My journey into personal training began in 2021. After reaching my highest body weight, I embarked on a personal fitness journey that involved a combination of cardiovascular exercise, calorie management, and weight training, resulting in a weight loss of over 46kg (7 stone). More significantly, this experience ignited a true passion and joy for the gym.
Through this process of self-improvement and supporting others, I’ve gained considerable confidence in my abilities and have developed a deep appreciation for my body. It is this transformative experience that drives my commitment to helping you achieve your own fitness goals.
