ABOUT ME

As a queer personal trainer based in the Southside of Glasgow, my primary goal is to foster an inclusive fitness environment for everyone. I am dedicated to helping you 
build confidence and feel empowered to take up space in any gym setting. 



My journey into personal training began in 2021. After reaching my highest body weight, 
I embarked on a personal fitness journey that involved a combination of cardiovascular exercise, calorie management, and weight training, resulting in a weight loss of over 
46kg (7 stone). More significantly, this experience ignited a true passion 
and joy for the gym.


Through this process of self-improvement and supporting others, I’ve gained considerable confidence in my abilities and have developed a deep appreciation 
for my body. It is this transformative experience that drives my commitment 
to helping you achieve your own fitness goals.
